Can't say I am very impressed at all.
2 x bookings for cleaning & so far only a third of the job has been done. Miss communication & turning up at a time that was an hr before the agreed booking.
Then cleaners being held up on another site & couldnt arrive! I am now awaiting the job to be completed at another day/time.

I was extremely impressed by the level and quality of service, from my first interaction with the company until the completion of the job. The receptionist was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and quick and diligent in her responses. I was notified by sms when the technicians were on their way. They were prompt, professional, clean, efficient and did the most wonderful job of cleaning my windows, leaving not a trace of messiness behind. And all this for a price that I thought was very fair. My sincere thanks to the team. I'll use Shimmer Window Cleaning again and unreservedly recommend them.

Thanks Shimmer for a professional job. My very large windows are now sparkling and make a world of difference to my view of the outside world. Following the bushfires my windows were covered in a thick red dust and heavy salt spray. Your boys not only worked quickly and efficiently taking considerable care to protect my timber floors and rugs but what impressed me was their ‘can do’ attitude. Many thanks again .

With the majority of my staff working from home at the moment, we took the chance to get Shimmer in to the office. I’ve had Shimmer recommended to me in the past and now I know why!
