I've always had a good experience at the Regent Arcade Shiels and the girls here are so helpful and lovely - customer service is always great and you just can't beat the prices 😃

The staff are very helpful and kind in this shiels branch and advise you on what suits you the best. They told me that what I am after exist in the Myer Shiels branch, but I prefered to buy something else instead just to buy from them.

Ordered iconic 2019th watch Casio G-Shock Carbon Core Guard (A1 model with Neobrite hands).
Though I ordered at that time listed price, item went on sale within 24 hrs. Buger
No problem, sales team acknowledged the situation and promptly refunded a difference. Price guarantee in retrospect indeed.
Fast despatch to Victoria.
