Hired SEO Shark to take over my advertising. I own a large service business with 10 trucks in multiple states. I always did marketing in-house because of not trusting SEO companies due to past experiences. SEO Shark was referred to me by another large service company. I started a small SEO campaign to start with because, well like I said I was skeptical. Got me on first page pretty quickly so I added more and WOW! Last week I handed over over our AdWords account to them and again WOW! The tweaked it just to get us going and we are on the first page 4 times now and they haven’t barely started! Adam and Harry and the real deal! I don’t care how much money I spend with them because they have blown up the results!!!!!

A fantastic and helpful service from the initial phone conversation to the monthly management of my marketing. The support team is extremely helpful with explaining the process, all the costs up front and then made extremely easy on me. Marketing is not an easy experience (in my opinion) but SEO Shark really makes the process easy. I highly recommend them.

I was really excited to engage with Seoshark towards the end of 2021. I had a great discussion with the team and set some realistic expectations that we together hoped to achieve within a 3-4 month timeframe. Unfortunately, we did not reach those goals once. Each time I raised this with the team, we were reassured that changes would be made (which I am sure were), but did not change the results each month. There was also work I had sent off to be published for our blogs that did not get uploaded for at least 2 months.

We started off with really high hopes for SEO shark - with all the great reviews. We started with them in May 2021 and terminated their services in Feb 22. In this time we only received maybe 2-3 verified enquires from our website. I also found the entire time they only focused on 5 key words, in 9 months of work they worked on 5 keywords. When I caught this and brought it up they had no reason or explanation. The individual given to me as our campaign manager was clearly inexperienced and didn't really understand what was going on, always having to go to other people to answer any question I asked. The website edits were grammatically incorrect and had typos, which I picked up on and advised of. We have also since found almost ALL of their backlinks were from fake websites, or ones set up purely for backlinking, a point we specifically brought up and wanted to ensure wasn't done before we signed on with them. When we did cancel their services they tried to hold us into a contract longer than what we actually signed, stating things not mentioned in the contract - purely to try and get another month from us. When i asked for them to pass on the PWs for the different portals and logins they refused to assist. They also went and deleted any pages they added while working on our campaign - but not properly - so it still showed up on our website but took users to a "404 not found" page.
Disgusting behavior once we had terminated, and I am certain they did no work during the 30 day notice period.
Complete waste of $12155. Next to no enquiries, no valuable work done on our website - if anything they made it worse with their improper and poor back linking. Didn't stay on top of their own campaign.
The cheap amount is not worth it.response / report this review -

SEO Shark have proven to be a highly effective web partner over the past year or so. I came to them after working with a bunch of wannabe players for years and within 4 months they had us ranking #1 organically in our industry! We remained at the top spot till just recently when a ruthless competitor mounted a global DDoS attack on our site which took us offline and demoted our ranking to the bottom of the page. The guys at SEO Shark understood the severity of the situation and had us back up at the top spot and operational the very next day, so thanks very much guys, I'm highly impressed!

I almost give up with my marketing (after 5 months not seeing any results) but Janette explained me that I need to keep waiting and it was worth it. I didn't have any visitors on my site a year ago and now I have at least 3 clients per day. I am happy with your outcome. Keep going guys!

I thought I will share my view about SEO Shark. I started my business over 2 years ago (I have a retail shop and an internet shop). At the beginning I used one of local SEO companies in Sydney. My website was banned by their unethical methods. After spending thousands of dollars on my SEO campaign I moved my website to SEO Shark where I pay half what I paid previously. I’ve been with them for 9 months and it couldn’t be better! They help me with removing all penalties that my website had and my website is back on track. At the beginning it took a long time to show the results but they also fixed all errors on my website (I even didn’t know about them). Once they fixed all issues, they started my campaigns. I don’t know what they exactly do but their performance is excellent.
