Over priced drinks and they wouldn't let me sit down in an empty restaurant because there were some bookings for 2 hours later

I was recently in Bendigo for the 2017 National Clubs Gymnastics Carnival. As far as gymnastics is concerned, the stadium is fabulous for it.
In terms of food, the tuck shop is usually well stocked and the service is fast and friendly. That said on the second day I was there the tuck shop ran out of potato gems (tater tots for North Americans). This is tragic because the best lunch for watching gymnastics is potato gems. I had to make do with hot chips.response / report this review -

Had more good meals here than bad - staff always friendly & helpful. If you mention the terrible music they change it for you - just ask. One thing that shouldn't be allowed is kids who have finished their games, being allowed to bounce basketballs around in the bistro. Nobody asks them to stop.

Mostly fine, got food poisoning from the dim sims at canteen, I recommend not to buy food from there. Courts are good, nice staff.

Friendly staff but play music in pokies too loud early on opening time and not suitable music for the age group that play pokies. Seems like they play what the young staff like. Have walked put many times due to this
