  waste of time, Guy offered a price over the phone, i accepted.
  took all day to come out and then tried to bargain me down once he got there. dont bother with these guys, they just try rip you off

  Agreed to pick up car, tried to change the agreed price on the day of pick up, then hung up. Plenty of these services in Melbourne, don't use this one.

  I would Highly recommend using these guys. They offered me a great price for my Suzuki Car
  
  Arranged driver to pickup the car same day - tow driver arrived on time and was very professional. The driver brought the cash with him, he wasn't pushy at all and understood our situation and paid the amount agreed to on the phone.
  
  No stress or issues at all.
