  Very upset with my experience with this company. They quoted me $500 for the vehicle for scrap over that phone it was a 2008 Toyota Corolla sedan . They picked up the vehicle and only paid $100. They didn’t discuss with me about the price being different, and silly I sign without knowing they changed the price on me. Just told me sign this box without fully seeing the document.
  
  We tried calling and they hang up on my Dad and when my dad did get a hold of them
  They just said she sign it, full well knowing they rip me off. My car was valued more than $100
  Very upset with this service and
  Will not being using this company nor recommend.

  After making an online enquiry and not getting a call back within a few hours I called. When I mentioned I wanted parts the person directed me back to the phone auto-menu and promptly hung up before I could explain that the request confirmation email I received advised me to call them if I dont get a timely response. After I called again and vented my displeasure I was eventually directed elsewhere as they did not have the parts I needed.

  Amazing customer service and pricing. After contacting many wreckers in Melbourne Wrecky is definitely now my go to. As a woman I was treated with respect and honesty too so highly recommend if you need parts and a great experience!

  I bought 5 items from this shop. I appreciate their service and well arrangement. Specifically the guy Jhonny Stewart explains very detail and play attention to listen customer needs. Great helpful for solving my problems 👍👍
  
  After one week…..
  I send message to them and ask quotation for other parts again. They don’t reply anymore. Is it one times business only? My god! Any thing wrong?

  Amazing Staff and very professional. I gave my Mazda 3 to Wrecky for wrecking, they gave me an amazing price aswell as the experience there was very pleasing. It was very easy to sell the car with no issues.
