I went there and there is no such a company that sells cars there. I have tried to call him multiple time but the are always unavailable. He picked up the call at some point but he dropped it. Thanks god i have avoid this experience.
I thought I was getting a great deal on a 2014 Ford Territory, Abdul and his wife were very friendly and personable, the purchasing of the vehicle was a pleasure.
After I drove away, I noticed an issue with the cruise control, and then engine noise coming into the cabin on the highway. I dismissed the noise for a little while until friends told me thats not normal.
I booked it in with QFord in springwood to get it checked over. They reported the front tires were not road worthy and the ball joints need replacing (another roadworthy item). They said the noise in the cabin is potentially a hole in the firewall, and needed parts removing for further investigation. Qford also explained that all these items would have been like this over 3 weeks ago, i.e. this had not happened in the less than 800kms I had driven.
I contacted Abdul and he said he would get a second opinion from his mechanic who also agreed. Abdul said he would sort it out right away. After a couple of days, it turns out that Abdul was going to use his warranty with Qfleet to fix the vehicle, which Qfleet called and said it was illegal for him to use their road worthy cert to sell me the vehicle, and that his warranty was void as he had on sold the vehicle.
As the repairs are in excess of $3,000 Abdul offered me a partial refund. Saying he would not refund the government charges and registration. The vehicle was sold to me as a package. Under the consumer law when there is a major defect in a product, the consumer can request a full refund for all monies paid. Abdul insists he will only refund on the vehicle and not the package. which will put me out of pocket over $1,600.
I have pleaded with Abdul to do the right thing as I would not have purchased the vehicle if I had known about the major faults and that the vehicle was not actually roadworthy when I purchased it.
Abdul has request I take legal action and make my complaint.
This is very frustrating as while the investigation takes place my money is tied up in this vehicle, instead of me going and purchasing another.
**I recommend if you purchase from Abdul, that you get your own road worthy before purchase.
Actually incredible - If you're reading this review, you know you're reading a review about a second hand car dealership. You probably even noticed that the owner reviewed his own store 5 stars. That's usually alarm bells.
I can honestly say that Abdul went above and beyond for us - we were "only" buying our first car, a cheap Mazda 3, but Abdul went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went well. We wanted to drive away that day, he drove us to roads and transport, he guided us through the registration details and even took us to supercheap auto to get the bolts we needed to attach the new plates.
I can honestly say that this was one of the best customer service experiences from my life, and it came from a used car salesman. Guess real estate agents take the spot for lowest scum of the earth now.
Bought a car from this place long time ago, the owner told me that he offered best price and best quality in his yard, I did my research online, then I believed he do give the best price, about quality, I have been enjoyed my car until now, 5 star👍
Bought a car this week from here, great guy to deal with, excellent quality cars at a great price. We are very happy with our new i30. The whole process was very easy. This guy actually cares about his customers. Awesome business
