Super helpful and honest assistance today with my uniform shopping spree, and also in an earlier email a few months. I just had to come back and write a review as I read these old ones on my way over there. I got the impression that the lovely lady who helped me today is there every day so she must be a new and positive addition since these old reviews

Bought a pair of double knee track pants for my son and they are fantastic!! He loves how soft and warm they are. They wash well and I've also dried them in the dryer agaist the directions, however, no issues with shrinkage. Would happily recommend this product to family and friends.

My daughter started prep 3 weeks ago and her dress and polo are already coming apart at the stitching. When I took the items in to highlight the lack of quality control the attendant shrugged her shoulders, said "sorry" and left it at that. If I have to repair or reinforce the stitching myself anyway I'll use the other supplier and talk to the school about changing their stockists

This company relies on the fact that it has a captive market. The service is bordering on incompetent and the bottom line is profit. My daughter is in grade six and has an embroidered jacket. The embroidery unravelled very quickly and when I returned the jacket I was told it would be fixed at no cost (this company do the embroidery). After hearing nothing for over a week I rang them to see when I could pick up the jacket. I was then told there were "problems" and I had to speak to the man "in charge". When I spoke to him he insisted he had left a voicemail message (not on my phone) and then told me that my daughter must have "picked at" the embroidery. I told him this was not the case and he basically refused to fix the coat unless I paid. So much for service. The communication again was bordering on extremely rude and I am simply stunned at the attitude. I told him I would pay and then he said that "that was all I needed to know"make your own decisions about this mob - I will never use them again.
