The Crimsafe doors were a little dearer than others, but obviously much more secure than the imitators. The company was excellent to deal with, the payment schedule was fair and reasonable with an initial deposit, progress payment, and remainder once I was happy with the instal. The installers (Matt and Stu), were perfectionists, did a great job with excellent customer rapport. I can highly recommend Securelux to anyone wanting an excellent job and peace of mind.

Very happy with the VERY fast turnaround. We had a break in that broke our louvres and were no longer lockable. Securelux had the quote done that day, and the screens were fitted one week later. Great advice, quality product and excellent service. Will definitely be a return customer.

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. From getting a prompt quote right to the end of getting security screens installed, Securelux has been perfect!

Our dealings with the Securelux team was always professional and gave my wife and I a great deal of confidence in their team. From the representative that came to the house to measure and quote, the great follow up from Administration team, to the installer, who did a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The company was local to us and we're so glad we chose them. A family company with great staff, from sales to office admin through to installation, the service we received was wonderful. Explanations as to colour choices to other options gave us both pro's and con's allowing us to make our own decision without feeling pressured. Highly recommend.
