Renters beware, after taking my pool hand over I reliesed the pool was losing water, it took 2 weeks from me reporting it to being fixed, was a lot of tap water added to keep level good for pump to run. Took samples and it was 190ish to get the balance correct which included 10bags of salt. I requested a refund from landlord for the Salt. But from advisement from this company Tim the owner 60 bucks was an exceptable refund for the landlord. 10bags of salt is 200kg, Joke will not be getting samples test or buy chemicals from them again.

The pool technition that came was really good and the lady at the front desk was great and helpful. But when i asked about when the equipment was getting dropped off, i got a phone call from meg( she doesnt deserve a capital letter) and she was incredibly rude over the phone and not helpful at all. She also implied that we had sold the equipment that we had never seen. I will never use them again because of meg.

Staff are always very helpful and don't oversell. They have a good range of products and are happy to explain things. Their service is well worth any premium you might pay!
