Do not trust this shop with your equipment.

I dropped off a blower and whipper snipper on 5/5/23 was told 2-3 weeks for repairs/service.

I called on 21/6/23 and he didn’t know where my equipment was and asked if he could have a look and call back. He didn’t call back.

I went to shop next day and went with him to his back room where i found my equipment had not even begun to be repaired.

The only saving grace was that my equipment wasn’t missing.

This shop is incompetent and shouldn’t be in business

Some of the worst service ever experienced. Had my edger and hedge trimmer for 8 weeks and not even touched. Told me had the parts, went to pick up this morning and told was waiting on parts. Missed out on $2500 sale and didn't even care. Would not recommend to anyone. Disgraceful business.

Wouldn’t recommend this store for any servicing. Took my whipper snipper in after having some minor problems. The gentleman without even starting it or attempting to have a look, told me it was “impossible to fix and I need a new one”
Drove straight to Topnotch in Carrum Downs and they had the whipper snipper fixed and back to me within half an hour…

If I could leave a -5 star I would! Absolutely appalling customer service! Have called numerous times, emailed and even drove to their store to sort this out in person only to find they were closed on a day they are supposed to be open!
The man I have spoken to has LIED to me and taken money even though order was cancelled due to them not having stock nor knowing when they'll be getting more in.
DO NOT purchase from here!
