Firstly I would love to thank Michael, Sam & Cam from Star Luxury for making my day and my wife’s day a blast. The service they offer is hands down the best in Australia. The level of professionalism and Customer service is unrivalled. The cars are spotless and super clean and they follow all the protocols to make you feel comfortable and safe. We finally had our wedding after 6 attempts over the last 2 years and Star Luxury Cars have been with us for the entire journey.

Each time I called to reschedule, the team would alter my booking with ease whilst communicating with the utmost professionalism and understanding.

Our day finally arrived and my wife and I were astounded by the level of respect, courtesy and professionalism shown by our drivers Phillipe, Cam and Sam. After meeting Michael and his father Sam, it was easy to see where the professionalism comes from. When taking photos Phillipe was amazing and ensured the Phantom, Ghost and Porsche were close by so the girls didn’t have to walk too far. Not to mention handing out cold water on what was a 33 degree day. We didn’t think such service existed!

The cars were in pristine condition, clean and look so much better up close.

We can’t recommend them highly enough and loved every second of our experience.

Whatever they charge, just pay it - you won’t regret it for a second.

What can I say I've used STAR on several occasions for business trips, including several VIP client transfers - every single time without a doubt the service has been stellar!

The vehicles are impeccably presented (The Rolls Royce Phantom Black Edition - wow!), drivers are professional and definitely deliver the red carpet experience.

My favorite experience however was not a business related trip, but instead a winery trip I arranged with STAR. They did it all, picked my family and I up from Hampton (with the red carpet rolled out!), arranged a winery hop through the Peninsula - interestingly the Driver was fully versed on the Wineries, the type of grapes, the earth (soil) etc. which I found to be spectacular!, and after a 6-hour winery hop, needless to say we were all very happy and definitely feeling relaxed.

The way home was topped off with a beautiful Pizza by the bay, courtesy of Michael of the STAR team (called to see how we were going, very nice of the company Management to do especially on a Saturday evening!), and the Driver even carried our wines back into our Cellar when we arrived home - amazing service!

Now my only hire car service, cost effective and prompt - like no other!

Great service and vehicles! John picked me up from the airport in a very nice BMW 7 series and drove me to collect my GF in the city and then take us home. Seamless, enjoyable, 1st class experience!
