Beach front under major construction. No easy access to beach for sight seeing

On arrival mouldy smell hit hard. No ventilation in bathroom. Towels extremely old and worn, very thin. cockroaches, bedding hard and uncomfortable. Itched all night. Furniture very worn and outdated. All cabinets extremelly old and run down. Fridge froze all fresh foods no matter what temperature. one element on stove not working. No carpark outside our door and inadequately numbered extremely rude tenants above with noise all night. 2nd Worst place ever stayed at. Only good thing was the view of the beach. Left day early cant take anymore

Terrible experience. Looking for a couple nights away to relax but instead there are many many rules. We stayed 2 nights and you basically have to bring all your own supplies as if you stay longer than one night nothing is replenished. Enough toilet paper and things for 1 night only. Also everything has to be cleaned before you go. EVERYTHING. Rules about taking all your garbage and there is even a vaccume here they want you to use. If i wanted to sty somewhere where i had to pay for all my own supplies and clean up everything i would just stay home. Would have aaved me $350.. not impressed

Had a rocking honeymoon with my girl. We both enjoyed at the topmost level. Maybe it wouldn’t have been possible without Scarborough.
