Great customer service. I have ordered not only a swag and mozzie net but also a ground sheet. All arrived timely with some great personal service. Great Australian made products with truly superior craftsmanship

I ordered a swag from these people for my son to go camping. When I queried why it had not arrived after more than 2 weeks I received an aggressive response saying it was my problem and that I should contact Australia Post. Happy to take your money but not to provide any service.
