Hubby and I visited Sanford Dental today for our first appointment and we cannot recommend highly enough. We saw Desiré who was extremely professional, delight to deal with and honest. I think I got the best scale and clean I have ever had. All the staff were wonderful from the time we walked in the door. Kath at the front desk and Jana the dental assistant. I don’t think anyone particularly likes visiting the dentist, but it was a very pleasant experience.

My previous dentist wasn’t prepared to even attempt the extraction of a problematic and extremely-painful wisdom tooth I’d already been suffering for over a month (by the time my appointment came about) so, instead, referred me to a Perth-based specialist who, despite my immediate contact with, had still not arranged an appointment for me nearly five (5) weeks later.

By this stage, the pain was legitimately-affecting my ability to function in the most basic of ways.

My initial contact at Sanford Dental was with the helpful and lovely ‘Kath’ who managed to squeeze me into Dr. Chris Hill’s (already) full schedule, only a few days later.

Both Dr. Hill and his technician were pleasant, cheerful and accommodating people to deal with right from the beginning which relaxed me considerably.

Dr. Hill performed the difficult procedure I required without hesitation or objection…and in a reasonable timeframe as well.

He, also, performed several local anaesthetic injections which were, hands down, the most comfortable and least painful ones I’ve ever experienced (in 40-years).

Dr. Hill and his wonderful staff saved me from an expensive, time-consuming and (ultimately) unnecessary Perth-trip to see a specialist who, after 5-weeks, couldn’t even be bothered to arrange an appointment for me…despite my urgent situation.

To say that I was (and still am) extremely-grateful for the prompt admission, friendly service and highly-competent delivery of much-needed dental relief would be a gross understatement.

I cannot thank Dr. Hill and his staff enough for their professional assistance and genuinely-decent treatment of me. Their time and efforts have been greatly-appreciated. Many thanks.
