  Being a first home buyer, i was nervous about possible areas of concern when purchasing the property. Having a building and pest inspection was a must. Searching for a good building inspector online led me to Geoff at Australian building inspections.
  
  Geoff was approachable, quick to respond, and explained the process before the actual inspection. Geoff was able to do the inspection within a day or 2 and provided a comprehensive report with lots of photos for evidence and my own reference.
  
  Geoff made himself available after sending the inspection report to discuss and make me better understand, in layman terms, the areas i needed to focus on. Geoff offered to make himself available if i needed for him to speak directly to a tradie afterwards to fix a couple of areas i needed to fix within the next 6 months.
  
  I would definitely leverage Geoff's services again in the future and recommend him to others.

  After having Geoff inspect our first home with a very detailed report, there was no question who I would get to inspect our new family home.
  Nothing but the best customer support especially over a very busy Christmas period on short notice.

  We had our house checked over by Australian Building Inspections 4 years ago before purchasing our first house. Geoff was very knowledgeable, professional and offered a great post inspection service. His report was thorough and easy to understand with actual photos of our property. Would highly recommend him. 4 years later we still have not had any nasty surprises with the house. Very happy customers - Steve & Monika.

  Geoff did a pre purchase building and timber pest inspection for us. As first home buyers we were feeling pretty anxious but with Geoff's help we felt a lot more confident. He was really thorough and easy to deal with, taking the time to explain his findings and answer our questions. Based on his report and advice we were even able to negotiate an improved purchase price. Would definitely recommend Geoff.

  We got a few houses inspected before we eventually bought our home at a last min auction WITHOUT an inspection! We liked Geoff's work so much that we got him in to give us a report on the place we had just bought even though it was too late to back out. It was great to have a trusted expert run his eye over the place and help us identify anything we might need to look into sooner rather than later. Geoff is professional and easy to work with and I still have the detailed report 5 years later as a reference. I am happy to recommend Geoff to any of my friends who are in the market.
