SHOULD NOT EVEN BE 1 STAR!!!!!!!
Pathetic and no customer service at all. Contacted numerous times to cost on collection & delivery of machinery from VIC & NSW.
We wasted nearly 2 weeks on these clowns and then be told last night they could not deliver within the time frame requested.
Damn pathetic when they knew from day 1 we were relocating interstate and required the items by the end of July.

Completely unprofessional con artists - do not use this company!! Worst delivery company ever.

Charged us $570 and supposedly confirmed to arrive early morning. Waited 8 hours for a late truck. No answer from company about trucks location despite multiple phone calls throughout the day. Repeatedly guaranteed goods had been picked up. Finally was told by a supervisor in Melbourne we had been forgotten about. Truck finally arrived 2 hours later (10 hours late total) with NO goods - they never even picked them up. The one item they did have didn't fit in the door, and their solution was to ram and force the object till it fitted.

Simply beyond unnacceptable service. These people take your money without a care in the world about you or your schedule. They will only inconvenience you - look elsewhere. Seriously.

Amazing service! We recently moved our fairly large house contents from Port Fairy to Phillip Island. From the first point of contact with Trish in the office to the pick up and delivery of our furniture by Bo and Troy, we experienced nothing but professionalism and great service. Not one chip or scratch to be found. Thanks!

Unprofessional, quote was vague, when we requested a detail quote they didn't supply it, then they charge us additional stating that the quote was not fully inclusive. Their was poor communication between the people who did the inspection and those that did the packing. Several items have arrived damaged and the packing list was only supplied to inspect and sign off on after the goods where placed into the storage shed meaning it was impossible to cross check the items that where delivered. The only good thing to say about them is the guys that did the packing worked hard.

I would not use them again.
