Cutie nails This store was very rude to my wife, she walked in there asking for her nails to be fixed and they yelled at her saying we do nothing for you. That place is always rude and the nails continuosly break.

it smells like old fish and dead dreams. I don't like this shopping centre. I trod on a frog once and the ooze that came out of the froggy remains smelt better than the torturous stench that is the gateway shopping centre.

CUTIE NAILS at Gateway plaza.Seriously the WORST customer service I've encountered. The Vietnamese "lady" is rude and pretends she can't speak English. But when she's alone in the store she understands everything. The prices are high. I got my infill done on Tuesday. She rushed me out of the store as usual and my nails were still wet. Hence there are dints all over them. They are RUDE AND MONEY HUNGRY I wouldn't recommend them at all. She speaks about every customer in Vietnamese and scowls at everything. They shouldn't even be in business they're THAT BAD. They have massage chairs which she doesn't turn on unless you ask. I've tried to chat with her and make conversation but you get stonewalled and treated like deal. I'd rather drive an hour and a half to Geelong and get outstanding friendly service.. cutie nails are a disgrace.

Nice little shopping centre. Not easy to use any room as it has no toilets for parents or kids.

This place has a lovely environment. Plenty of good shops. Food,posting,bathroom, chemist great range. Come and enjoy you won't regret it.
