Alex one of the roofer and Catherine the back end support was helpful and friendly. Service was prompt.

However Jerimah as seemingly to be the boss is always "so busy". He doesn't seem to spare a single minute to look into the details and explain things to customers until I said I need this to be explained before paying off the invoice, he finally try to seriously look into the details and clarify things. Whenever he got questioned about details that he doesn't know , he start to blur things and make excuses, when the answer could be easily found with simple communication with his team.

There are at least 2-3 times he said "we are so busy, and show this I don't care I am busy, you are begging me to fix things attitude.
This is certainly not the service I expected for $800 at a ~1.5hour job during business hours

I guess this is just what customers get with these "proud" tradesmen in the recent busy market.

5stars for Alex and Catherine.

I cannot comment on Jermiah's workmanship because he didn't work for my job in person, but I would highly recommend him not to be the first point of contact for customers if he couldn't get off his "I don't care I got a lot of jobs booked at the moment attitude".

I have a very tall house with a gully right at the top. We started to get a leak - so I called Roof Doctors out. They came back with longer ladders - and worked for three hours to repair the job. Well into the dark. I was really impressed by their dedication.

I praise this company to the max. I was left in the lurch with insurance but needed my issue fixed. They stood by me in the highest level. I am so grateful to them for all that they did. I would recommend Roof Doctors to everyone. There work was also faultless.

Jeremiah attended the site very quickly to attend my job and explained to me the job in detail including the impacts of a poor job. His employees (Aleks and Jacob) did an excellent job - they used more materials than expected, were able to work around the rain and complete the job to a high standard and delivered the job for the price quoted. They communicated well and responded well to feedback. Highly recommended. We're very pleased. Thank you guys.

Roof Dr SA came out and did an amazing job on my ridge capping back 2017.

Had a very small leak issue and they were out the afternoon I called and were able to fix the leak with no issues what so ever.

Fantastic service again.

Highly recommend from someone who never does reviews. These guys were worth it.

Overall happy with the work performed. Although due to the weather the job wasn't completed quickly but as soon as the weather had cleared up Ed was back out and finishing the job. We had our roof leak fixed and ridge caps repointed.

Trying to find someone to fix the ridge capping, googled online, found Roof Doctors' good reviews, then I decided to give a go and have a try. The job they did for me was so professional, quick & efficient. It did give me a big "WOW"! Yesterday I found bit of water stain at the corner of the fourth bedroom, I rang Jeremiah tonight, he popped in 20 minutes later and got it fixed for me without any additional charges. What a good man to deal with !!! Honest, reliable and descent. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who would like to get their roof fixed. Just go for it, attaching those pictures for you all to have a look, let the photos to speak for him. Thanks Jeremiah, appreciated for you everything and your team did. He and his team for SURE will be my roof's private "GP" from now one :-) !!!
