I had an awkward case where I became Totally Permanently Disabled due to a number of factors.

I never knew that I could claim via my TPD insurance as part of my superannuation policy.

I saw an ad on TV suggesting Maurice Blackburn may be able to help me make a claim on this insurance given that I could still drive Uber.

I engaged with MB and at first I struggled just to fill in the forms. Then they told me that we could fill out the form over the phone which was much easier for me.

The insurer kept trying to dig for evidence to not honour the claim but MB took them on and eventually I won and received the full amount of my TPD insurance.

This has changed my life as I no longer fear answering the phone that it might be another debt collector.

I am now comfortable and debt free with much lower stress levels.

I cannot thank Maurice Blackburn enough for totally changing my life situation in an extremely positive way.

I would highly recommend them with their no win no fee policy to anyone who is unable to no longer do the job they have trained for or been educated in.
