Utterly Disappointing--Booking Property's for over 12 years with Robe Lifestyle with varying success , We booked- Elenora , In well in advance as advised- and a deposit taken promptly. We planned our stay and were exited about the holiday break.
Over 2 months into our booking, I was notified it was No longer Available and 3 other property were substituted as fill ins they were all well budget basement options- Not was was booked. So I canceled my stay. The deposit was refunded on my credit card -- which the details were kept- Illegally- The Fun Manager- David--- well really could not care less- maybe to busy with workload-- Its Hospitality After-all -- and our Holiday Plans Ruined as Robe was booked out in the time frame.
Be Very Wary- as what is advertised is Not The Experience, Not Recommended
