Had a roller-door mishap and Michael came to the rescue!
Cannot thank the team enough from the great Customer Service I received initially over the telephone to Michael coming out during the estimated time as advised to repair my roller door. Great service, easy to deal with and friendly, confident and competent Tradesmanship. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing emergency garage door repairs.

Fabulous service. Our garage door was stuck & car unable to be moved after heavy rain. This also caused a security risk to our home. They managed to get Kenny out the same day & he fixed it promptly. The lady in the office was so lovely and understanding of our predicament. Thank you!

Despite being impacted by the floods themselves, the River City Doors team were able to get to our place to fix our 2 car panel garage door which had skewed itself and jammed itself shut (locking our cars in the garage)

45 minutes later, the door is straight and true again and we can get the cars out. They serviced the door whilst they were on-site as well.

Very reasonable price for the work that they did.

Really appreciate your help, especially considering all the constraints you are facing at the moment !!!

Great service and price. Came when they said they would; rang beforehand; polite; efficient; neat and tidy; ran through the work once done. Fixed /replaced 2 roof brackets and a loose motor chain (Merlin for double garage door). Will not go elsewhere. Highly recommend. Thank you Shane, you are a credit to your business!.
