  My favourite shop out of the two majors (ie Coles) - although they don't have self check outs yet, I find I never have to wait long as the counters are always well staffed. The staff make this place - they are actually really nice - I get the feeling Woolworths is more about the people than the shop - where as Coles has always had a more clinical feel. Am I wrong? But do the staff at Woolworths always seem happier than the ones at Coles? is it just me?
