Booked romantic dinner for 2 as it was our 10 year anniversary ..drove 25mins to get there to find it closed! No explanation..no phone call nothing!
Finally after constant calls I spoke to Andrew who said the owners had to rush back to Thailand!
I’m ok with that but a call before they went or when they returned is courtesy!
He told me the owners would contact me ..I called again last week and Andrew said ..it’s not good enough ..they will call! After 4 weeks from the initial call I still haven’t even had an apology or a phone call..
I’m so upset and disappointed especially as it was our 10th anniversary and a surprise for my husband! I won’t be recommending Riceberry to anyone if this is how they treat customers.

Recently moved to the area and have had takeaway twice from Riceberry. Absolutely fantastic quality and extremely reasonable prices as well. Would travel a long distance to eat here!

Well, from the moment we walked in it was blowing a gale. Got seated and served water, then waitress (dressed as a Pokemon Trainer) asked if we where ready to order, to which I replied a menu would great. Placed our order. Tofu Balls, Chicken Tom Ka, Beef Masaman and Coconut Rice.
Tofu Balls were tofu triangles fried to the bejesus, Masaman was ok, Tom Ka had me confused, it was like a mix of Curry Laksa, Tom Yum and some blachan paste then the Coconut Rice which was so horribly sweet could have past as a dessert!
Not sure where 4 stars came from.

Had a home delivery for 7 people. Food great, delivery not too long, price good and the food container presentation was top notch. We have eaten in house at the restaurant and it was a good experience.

Had a delivery from Riceberry last night.
Red Duck Curry (med) - Sensational, right amount of heat. Good quality ingredients and generous portion of duck.
Pad Thai w Chicken - also delicious, chicken was tender and flavorsome.

The food (especially the roti) wasn't overly hot when it arrived but I guess that's the risk you take with delivery. The flavour and quality made up for it. Would give 5 star if it had arrived a little hotter.
