Terrible service. I went there this morning looking for some black engine enamel. The store had no other customers that I could see. No one was willing to assist me find the paint. The first staff member replied “it will be in the paint section “!! Really? After going to the paint section I had to deal with a guy on his phone that wouldn’t even come around and point out where I could find it. Than he stated that they didn’t have any at the moment. I could sense he had no intention of assisting me so I started to search for myself. On top of that I found them eventually and they had plenty. Probably the worst service I can remember at any store. I will never shop with them again. Very ordinary.

My dad and i went in this morning to buy a head unit. No one in the department for head units, so we went and asked Joshua from the spare parts department to give us some help. His genuine custom care, knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. We came away with our purchases very satisfied.

Huge store! Just huge!!
They had my special part for my old car in stock which is totally awesome. Took a star off as I ordered my part in a different Repco store, then Repco Max cancelled it. The other store rung Repco Max and asked them to out it behind the counter for me and Repco Max never did.
When at the till, their till crashed and I was left waiting an unacceptable amount of time.
If your coming here, do allow a lot of time for queuing

Just went to grab some oil while the RACQ saving was available. Nice, polite young male staff member got the oil down off the top shelf for me, refreshing to get help without an eye roll or noises of exasperation. Thanks for the positive retail experience.
