I came to this shop with three phones;
- one in need of a battery and screen repair
- another in need of a battery, screen and button repair
- and another in need of a screen repair
They matched pricings of other repairers (substantially less)!
They also (in addition to that) gave me a further discount and even gave me additional things like glass screen protectors and cases! And all of this in addition to six month warranty on the phones!!!!
They were very empathetic to my situation and professional. They were courteous and very efficient. They answered all my questions and were very patient.
I am so pleased with their treatment of me as a customer and will be sure to suggest them and use them in future.
Oh and did I forget to mention they also gave me a $20 GIFT VOUCHER to use for my next visit!

Brilliant shop and staff. Quick turnaround (took 30 mins or less to repair an iPhone screen). Competitive prices.
Professionalism in service, phone repair quality, shop presentation, product knowledge.

Had issues with my phone for a few days and thought I would give these guys a try, they were very helpful and managed to fix my phone while I was there shopping! Even explained what the issue was and how to avoid it happening again. Great customer service, I would definitely go back again! Thanks guys!

This was the only phone repair shop in the area without any negative or fake reviews on Google so I thought I'd give it a shot.
Quoted $80 for a repair on the same day for a pixel battery replacement, was called an hour later that it will be $100 and maybe $120 if the screen was damaged accidentally during repair as they would need to replace the screen too.
Ended up paying $100 as the repair went OK and finished on the same day. Been 2 weeks and was given 6 month warranty for battery which was nice and phone has been working perfectly since.response / report this review
