  The Envision design process was on another level of detail and visualisation than we’d experienced with other builders. Alex the Architect didn’t miss a single piece of detail given to him in the design brief, and presented the design in a superb 3D augmented walk through. Very cool! Good communication and professionalism form Regent homes for throughout the process.

  The envision design experience with Regent Homes exceeded all expectations. The design team, specifically Alex, listened to our personal likes and needs and designed a home that suited. Would highly recommend this process.

  My husband and I custom build our homes via Regent Homes and we cannot be more happier with their service. From the start of engaging with them at their display home to handover, they were good at communicating with us if there was any delays, they were flexible with lots of our arrangements, they were suggestive to some of the designs and ideas we have (which we like) and they were also making sure we are well looked after. We are very happy with their service and definitely recommend Regent Homes if you are looking for a custom builder.

  The Regent Homes team took our design for our forever home and brought it to life. From our initial sales meeting with David, through the interior design with Danielle and then finally through construction, led by the most awesome site manager Ben, our experience was second to none.
  
  We had a vision of what our forever home would look like and the house that Regent delivered far exceeded our expectations. It is both elegant and beautifully finished, you can not fault their trades.
  
  The various trades Regent engaged throughout the build were both professional and respectful, delivering the highest quality of craftsmanship.
  Our site manager Ben was so easy to deal with and coordinated all trades and materials seamlessly, delivering the project on time and within the budget we anticipated.
  
  Should we ever decide to build again we would have no hesitation in engaging the services of Regent Homes and when talking to family and friends considering building, we happily recommend Regent as a builder of choice.
  
  We sincerely thank all those involved in making our building process an enjoyable and stress free experience and for bringing our dream home to life.

  My husband and I recently moved into our new Regent home and couldn’t be happier. The whole process has been an absolute pleasure with none of the issues we have heard friends and acquaintances who have built with other builders. Their unique design service is amazing and the plan they came up with was spot on. We were most impressed by the level of selections in their standard range which meant we had a minimum spend after contract signing. We built in an inner Eastern suburb so we needed a high end product which they certainly provided.
  Special thanks to the consultant David Amos as he was totally upfront with everything, advising of any possible variations before signing which meant we knew exactly how to budget. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was the ultimate professional. The construction manager Phil was great and we certainly appreciated his attention to detail and flexibility on site. Communication after signing with Regent staff was spot on which was important to us. Also, the selection staff provided great ideas to guide us to a great finish without spending a fortune after signing.
  We have built several times before so we know quality and would thoroughly recommend building with Regent for anyone requiring an quality home.
