I had one of the worst experiences here with one silver lining.
*Maria was my saviour here*
I paid $600 a week for a run down home in North Haven, (my fault I rushed the decision)
Later to discover the Oven didn't work and was older than me with cracks throughout the unit & was just horrible to look at and didn't attempt to use after learning the igniter doesn't work I've got to stick a match in there to light it No thanks
cooktop had 1/4 burners working & had to light it with a match myself.
After about 3 months of complaining & ZERO kitchen to use, the landlord finally replaced the 30 year old units.
(Again, remember im paying $600 a week, so it's a premium price)
I was harrassed constantly by the inspectionist when I was near moving out, constant viewings through my home & when it wasn't as clean she liked she insulted me by saying my house was a mess (It wasn't it was just lived in.)
Please note they wanted 2-3 per week and each time for my house to be spotless.
Anyways,
I wouldn't dream of using this company again,
BUT
Sidenote,
Maria was one of the ladies I delt with from DAY 1. Every single time we spoke she was super polite, extremely generous & always had my best interest at heart.
When I moved in she was fuming at the state of the property & wasn't allowing the landlord to hand it over like that & made sure it was cleaned.
(It was only allowed for 3 hours of cleaning and the place seriously was disgusting with grease/smoke all over the walls, handles & kitchen)
Upon leaving, again, Maria came to the rescue and saved my sanity. She was helpful, really cared & honestly if I HAD to deal with anyone there ever again, i'd request it be her.
If you can find a silver lining, it's that Maria deserves praise for the bang up job she does in a mediocre establishment.

Lili has by far been the best property manager I have had. She always considers both the tenants and owners needs. Lili always goes above and beyond to provide the best renting experience.

Renting through them has been nothing but a nightmare. Can never get bills right, substandard property issues, turns up illegally, harasses you when you just want a livable property. Tells you your rent is in arrears when you've paid it. Tells you they'll fix it but don't.

Nick was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He helped my partner and I purchase our first home by being transparent and an excellent communicator. Not only was the new process (for us) easy thanks to him, but the fact that he was so honest made everything so much more enjoyable. We cannot recommend Nick enough and would gladly seek his advice in the future.

We were absolutely thrilled with the assistance we received from Rosemary and the LJ Hooker team. Rosemary was an absolute delight to work with. Her warm, professional manner and her exceptional organisation skills & marketing advice made the selling process incredibly stress free. We achieved a result at auction that exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rosemary to our friends and family.
