Michael was fantastic, very friendly. He arrived early to clean our carpets and was very flexible with booking time around work. Michael was thorough and went through the house with me beforehand so he knew what I wanted and then explained to me the best type of clean for us. I was impressed with the service provided. We moved houses and have two cats (so a bit of cat hair everywhere!). Michael made the process very easy for us! I have no hesitations recommending Michael and Refresh Carpet Care. I am looking forward to using them again shortly to give our mattresses a refresh too.

Michael was very professional, friendly and punctual. He did a fantastic job on my carpets in two rentals, I never thought those carpets could come up this nice! I found this company a great value for money, with affordable quality carpet cleans. I highly recommend them.

I have used Michael on multiple occasions for grout cleaning and cleaning of my Fabric Bedhead. I have also referred him on may occasions to my family, friends and clients. He is honest and reliable and does an awesome job and always delivers a service with a smile. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Absolutely fabulous. 25yo lounge suite came up looking almost new. Feels clean, looks great and smells fresh. Michael has a very friendly and professional manner and I would recommend him without reservation. I wish I had thought about getting some rugs done at the same time.

The Refresh Carpet Care team are always on time and lovely to have around. You can tell they use the latest and best equipment because my carpet is dry very quickly. This time I had some upholstery cleaned and it was obvious they know their stuff because they used a special cleaning product that was gentle on my fabric. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Michael did a fantastic job on my rugs. They came up looking like new again. Would definitely be looking at having him back to have my lounge suite steam cleaned next. From his first call in response to my email enquiry about the services I required followed on by receiving the service I was delighted with his professionalism as well as friendly nature.
