Very professional company with friendly staff and good quality gear. Boat is safe and modern and takes no time to get to the reef. Highly recommended.

Great staff. Informed me that i could try prescription goggles that helped me see in the water.
Loved the speedboat rough but loved how quick it was and still got enough time snorkelling.
Great crew Steph and ? Bevan not sure if name is right and girl on counter gave me confidence to go snorkelling.
    Definitely worth it. Thanks

The Low Isle tour was so much fun. The boat ride out & back was very fast and sitting up the front, a joy ride all thrown into the one package!
Relaxing in the sun after snorkeling, with a view like that, plus 4 sea turtles amazing.
Lovely staff and a fabulous day all round. Highly recommend.
Footnote: go to Barbados bar after for some Pina Colada's = day made.

If you're not a fan of boat rides, this definitely did not make you sick and was very quick! Got to see two turtles in the low isles. I would've liked to have gone on the outer reef tour, but with high wind speeds, unfortunately that wasn't possible. At the low isles, make sure you know that the water isn't as clear cuz there's more sand.

Fun and professional service. 15 minutes to the low isles, 40 minutes to the outer reef - can't get to the reef faster than that. Snorkelling gear is really good quality as well and the staff are super helpful. Be aware outer reef doesn't run when the wind is over 15 knots, so check in with the office as they'll have a forecast. Fast way to get in some snorkelling without using a whole day.

What an experience!! Reef Sprinter should be everyone's 'Go To' in Port Douglas. Experienced everything from great customer service, to swimming with 3 Turtles!! Thanks guys and we'll be back for the Outer Reef! :)

    Outstanding experience.
Great fast trip which everyone enjoyed.
We saw lots of coral and fish.
    Great value for money
Great guide - very informative and lots of fun.
The spotter in the water did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was okay at all times.
Much better than our experience with a different company going to the outer reef (we went to Lowe Isles on this trip)
Staff provided me with a prescription mask so that I could see under water (the first company to offer this to me)
    Overall a great experience.

We took the early boat at 8.00am and although overcast there was no wind. After a quick sprint out to the reef, which was an absolute hoot, spent an hour snorkeling on the reef. Plenty to see. The weather did turn a bit nasty on our return which only added to the thrill of the return trip. Loved every minute and by 10.30 I was having bacon and eggs and a coffee. Fantastic support from the Skipper too. Highly recommend.
