  Jared and his team have just completed a full downstairs renovation of our property, inclusive of a garage conversion, and we are thrilled with the result.
  
  From the moment we made contact with Jared, we knew he was the builder we wanted to work with on our renovation. Apart from being incredibly personable, Jared was extremely communicative and responsive right from day one, answering all our questions (of which there were MANY!) and offering solutions to our challenges. Nothing seemed to faze him, which filled us with trust and confidence in his ability to do the job and do it well, and the RedKem team certainly did not disappoint.
  
  The RedKem team and all the sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with, and the quality of the workmanship is second to none. And to top it off, the project was completed within budget and ahead of schedule (despite there being supplies delays along the way).
  
  We would use RedKem again in a heartbeat and we highly recommend Jared and his team to anyone considering renovating their home.

  A renovation is a huge undertaking, and it is essential to have complete trust in your builder. We definitely had that with Jared and his team from RedKem.
  They completed a significant renovation of the downstairs of our 1976 high set home early in 2022, transforming the space from a dated, 1980s hodgepodge, to a modern, contemporary living space that we will enjoy for years to come. In doing so, they also made our downstairs certified as ‘habitable’, further improving the value of our home.
  From the beginning, Jared gave us confidence with his excellent communication and responsiveness, which continued throughout the renovation. Each step of the renovation process—from the initial visit, the design by Sam, the on-site management by Craig of construction and his coordination of the trades—was streamlined, efficient and seamless. We are deeply grateful to Craig, who was always responsive to any questions or concerns throughout the build and always ensured we were informed and satisfied with the work.
  The team accommodated our need to live upstairs during the renovation. The site was kept clean, secure and accessible, which we really appreciated. The RedKem staff and the trades they partnered with were always friendly, polite and considerate.
  We were impressed with the quality of the workmanship and we acknowledge the skill and hard work of many of the RedKem team and subcontractors, especially Matt and Louie. RedKem also delivered on time, and on budget, despite the prevailing industry pressures.
  We would definitely use RedKem again if we were to renovate in the future and we highly recommend Jared and his team to anyone considering renovating their own home.

  We contracted RedKem for our house raise and renovation earlier this year. From the start Jared was easy to correspond with, reliable and ready to work with us to make things achievable. Throughout the renovation the whole team was pleasant and hardworking, with the carpentry team demonstrating exceptional workmanship. When hurdles arose Jared and our site manager Craig were very responsive, solution oriented and keen to ensure we were happy with the outcome. As first time renovators we felt supported and in good hands throughout. We are extremely happy with the results and have been enjoying our newly renovated house! We highly recommend the RedKem team and won’t hesitate to work with them on future projects.

  From my first contact with Redkem they were easy to talk to and they listened. I wanted part of the house turned into a Granny Flat to take me into even older age, so, easy to clean, easy to reach, comfortable. What I got was all that in a stunning design. Jared and Susan responded to queries very quickly and once the renovation was started Craig was also readily available to answer queries. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, efficient and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough.

  Jared and the team at RedKem Constructions took up the challenge of modernising and extending our 1970’s home.
  
  We were originally unsure of whether to move to a new house or renovate. Jared guided us through the decision-making progress in favour of renovating, and then recommended a building designer who met us on site. He came up with a terrific solution and the decision was made to renovate.
  
  Jared and his RedKem team are a polished outfit. These guys are exceptional. I am from a construction background and I had convinced myself that the experience was going to be a nerve-wracking one. Once the renovation started and I saw how RedKem operated, my worries began to diminish, and they were soon completely gone.
  
  RedKem have an amazing crew. Their site manager never stopped letting us know what was happening and the site construction team were first class. We cannot thank the whole team enough for delivering the build exactly on time and completing it to the highest standard. Jared often said that his goal is to run his company differently to other building companies. To us that meant that no topic raised or anything that we questioned along the way was dismissed or brushed away. We had a great feeling of collaboration throughout the entire journey. When we moved a few goalposts and changed some directions they worked with us. When it came to quality, they were constantly checking that we were happy with how the build was shaping up. It is a testament to this approach is that the tidy up at the end was a surprisingly short list. The completed project is exactly what was presented on the drawings.
  
  I you are thinking of renovating, you must give RedKem a call. I highly recommend that you do that and find out for yourself.
