If you are happy to.carry your grey water 2-300 Mtrs to the drain (yes the 20 let bucket is provided) and to carry your toilet cassette 1.5 km down the Main Street to the dump point, then give this place a go. The bathroom facility is not to flash either. If Ravenshoe Council want the Grey Nomad Brigade to visit their town then they had better lift their game and provide half decent facilities.

What a great place to stay! We visited many attractions all over the Tablelands from this Magical little haven at budget prices. Very Friendly, Clean and efficeent our stay was boosted by the daily 5pm gathering usually accompanied by local, live music bands. Meeting many like-minded travellers. Thanks Ravenshoe Railway Van Park.

Lovely quiet park close to town. Friendly voluteers and caretakers. Beautiful relics of the steam train era right near us. Enjoyed singing some songs around the campfire.

A steam train ride through the Queensland country, say no more. Scones and tea at the half way point too. :) kids loved it.
