Wasted alot of time fixing my car.
Had the vehicle reveiwed for damage and then only half the list was completed in the two weeks where they then gave my car back claiming the job was done.
After a second asessment and more waiting for parts and being stuffed about they finished the rest of the works.
Its always worrying when the mechanic calls you to ask how to take your spare tyre off.response / report this review -

Excellent customer service, quick repair time and professionally done. Brand new look and polished the car! much better value than any other quote for the same work. Would come back and recommend. Thanks heaps 😊

Worst repair place and I'll explain why. I got my car back all "fixed", and when I got home after paying the excess, I saw that there was a cirgerette burn in the passenger seat. Also when driving home, my front sensor, which they had replaced, gave an alert saying it wasn't working, which was meant to be fixed. And finally they claim they wash all their customers cars before the pickup, and my car was not washed, but the dirt just rubbed around looking worst than before it was touched. Both cabbies who dropped me and picked me up from this place also warmed me of their dodgy ways and told me to inspect the car throughly before pickup, and of course, they did something dodgy.
Finally I would not recommend this place, if you're with RACV, choose your own repairer, or ask for another repair of their choice, as this place is terrible and will just waste your time and ruin a potentially good repair.response / report this review -

I have my car repaired last week and when I got it they painted over the old scratches which left few noticeable marks

I had my car fixed there but unfortunately they left a mark on the pumper and when I claimed back they said we will fix it but later on they said its not our fault

Had my car in for a week at RPM couldn't fault them they were very good with fixing my car the girls were friendly and understanding the guy made sure l was happy with the work that they did, my car was cleaned as well bonus lol so l would like to say a big thankyou to everyone at RPM well done guys on a great service keep up with the great work
