  Great Martial Arts training with dedicated staff and Hugh is a highly motivated and skilled instructor be it traditional Japanese sword styles, traditional Japanese & Okinawan weaponry,bow or karate along with Ju Jutsu and Birada also Ringside Combat Gym

  Over many years I have studied many martial arts ,not understanding there are many system types to no avail.there was always something unsatisfying .probably I realised wax on wax off was a Karti kid movie and not reality and does not work in the real world .approxamately for weeks ago I found qmartial fitness and was welcomed to a complimentary Training setion.l instantly become aware that this is exactly what I was looking for no silly Carter patterns that don't defend you .his system he recommended to me is second to none .I noticed the certificates on the walls upstairs and downstairs Mr Hue Doherty has done 40 years of martial arts training. he has mastered numerous defence systems from all over the world .the qualifications this man has acquired is nothing more than amazing .I noticed he has trained law enforcement.military and is a international, well know and respected master from China., Japan ,.Phillipines,. Korea,. Russia,.to Brazil .I have learnt so much in 8 weeks it's amazing. I only wish I found qmartial fitness Hue Doherty years ago . If your looking for a martial arts system that will save your life this is it .I noticed he teaches school children .which in today's world is priceless .if you are looking for real martial arts this is it However,,, Mr Hue Doherty is a straight up tough man in his teaching .this is not a place for sooks ,,,it's the real deal . .. If you are In fear ..or are worried about getting hurt I assure you.you will be absolutely amazed at how quick you will learn how too not be a victim .I'm totally amazed .I gave it 8 weeks to give this review.. AWSOME

  I have been looking for an adult karate class for a number of years and I am so glad to have found Qi Martial Fitness in Brighton.
  
  I've been training with Hugh since November and really enjoy the classes and pace of learning.
  
  All the techniques have real world applications - not just for competitions.
