Lovely large, clean rooms. The communal kitchen/lounge is a fantastic ideaworks well. A very pleasant welcome from Glenis. Will definetly stay here again 👍👍

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!! SINCE NEW OWNERS HAVE TAKEN OVER.
VERY POOR CUSTOMERS SURVICE.
TINY LITTLE OLD PORTABLE HEATER.
NO ELECTRIC BLANKETS ON BEDS IN WINTER. FROZEN MILK. SCRAPS OF BREAD. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!response / report this review -

Place was disgusting. We booked a twin share room. Was given one face washer 1 very small soap and one shampoo and conditioner. When we asked for another facewasher it was a hassel and told you get what you pay for and you will have to pay more. When the owner came down with another facewasher it was dirty like it hadnt been washed. The breakfast was an left open box of wheet bix. Half a bottle of milk that had been frozen and was supposed to be defrosted for our use. Was still frozen. Very rude owner and disgusting dirty room
