what can I say we had a bad luck with this company- a dodgy tiler, using dodgy grouting that stains very easily, blaming the floors and tiles and everything else in the bathroom for their poor job , not taking responsibility for anything..
He looked very professional, and promised to do very nice things, in the end, we ended up having only disappointment and lost lots of money.
professional? yes- only when it comes to charging you money.
