  Pragnesh is highly professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We have used his services for a property inspection and highly recommend him. He is a seasoned civil engineer and nothing escapes his penetrating vision!
  
  The inspection report is of superior quality - it’s self explanatory, with photos and commentary as well as recommendation. The report is a lucid read, clearly classifying defects as major and minor along with recommendations on who to approach for fixing the defects, near term and long term impacts, issues that require monitoring over time, defects that will need immediate attention.. and even defects that cannot be fixed on your own and will need Council intervention. He goes to great lengths to ensure his work is impeccable, unassailable and of the highest standards. Cannot praise him enough!

  I was reffered to Pragnesh for a preSale house inspection and it was a great experience having him on our side. He arrived at the site armed with his tools and gadgets and went through a very thorough inspection of interiors, exteriors, roofing and termite checks. He picked up observations and showed us the issues at site and even suggest ways how to fix them. He is thorough while having a great personality to work with. Even after inspection he is a phone call away. He provides a personal touch without letting you feel it was just another traansaction. All the best Pragnesh and thank for your help.

  Pragnesh and the team are tremendous, and a pleasure to woth with.
  Easily available, very helpful and quick to organise engagements, and Pragnesh is extremely detailed, pragmatic and honest.
  I really appreciated the additional knowledge and advice around pro-active maintenance activities we could do.
