It's not quite the same as when Portia herself was running the place, but this unpretentious restaurant still serves some of the best Chinese food to be found anywhere in Canberra at a great price, including all of the old favourites from Portia's time as owner, including the Pepper King Island Beef, the sensational Shantung Lamb, and the signature Duck Pancakes - still served at the table just as Portia used to.

Visited portia's tonight for Dinner, Started with some steamed dumplings and Duck Spring Rolls. The spring rolls were amazing. Followed up with the Special Fried Rice, Definitely a must have, The deep-fried duck and the Pork ribs with Dark vinegar sauce. The best chinese food I have ever had. Thank you guys

This is my favourite Chinese restaurant! The food is delicious - my favourite being the duck pancakes and the Sizzling Angus Beef in black pepper sauce. Only downside is the restaurant is quite small and squishy.
