Popped past here a few hours ago for a feed. They were super busy with a big group of school kids that came in but smashed out the food like crazy and managed to stay polite despite the adults in the group being obnoxious and rude. Our food was served fresh and it tasted great! Couldn't fault them on this visit and I'd definitely recommend.

Decent small restaurant. The fish & chips was below average. Chicken burger and Chai latte were good. Clean and tidy restaurant, friendly staff. The food was overpriced, expected as the location of the restaurant.

Food was decent, service was not. Young kid who served us could have had a little more patience with my French friend who struggles a little with English. Nevermind s*** happens. Pricey as well but it's to be expected in an area that relies so heavily on tourism.

DONT EAT HERE! Would rather give 0 stars. Young girl with nose ring has an attitude problem was rude to my friend when he asked for a knife and fork. Then came out and yelling at us for feeding the seagulls as we were trying to take a photo. She could have asked nicely. Then when I addressed her on her attitude and to also tell her the bottom of the pie was burnt and all my friend could eat was the inside she was yelling and being argumentative turned around and said it doesn't matter you're a vegetarian even though my friend was eating the pie, regardless of who was eating it and the fact that I'm a vegetarian (what's it to her) the pie was burnt and ineadible! Complete disregard for customer service. Will never eat here again and will be following up with a formal complaint to the business owners. Cannot believe her attitude and how rude she and argumentative she was and had the nerve to ask me not to do this in front of the customersso now she acts like she cares about the customers and what they think? Terrible terrible service

There's no fisherman's basket on the menu so you have to order everything seperately. One piece of flake, minimum chips plus a few prawns, a few calamari rings and two drinks ended up being a bit pricey. The food was ok, not bad but not amazing either.

I think the bad reviews are from the other fish and chip shop in town. This place is great. Clean, fresh, friendly and have great seating to eat in the shop.

Food was expensive. Staff were friendly and place was clean. However, they advertise on their window 'salads', but when attempting to order one turns out they didn't have any salads at all (at dinner time). They did however make a salad out of ingredients used for burgers ie. Sliced cheese and beetroot, lettuce etc. Ordered flake, cornjacks and chips (plus the salad) chips were quite good as were the cornjacks but the flake was badly overcooked, to the point it was very dry inside and inedible! Cheap and delicious. Flake was some of the best fried fish I've ever had! Burger was satisfying as well. Best part is they gives you heaps of fries.. More than you can ever finish. Don't understand why this place has poor reviews the ladies who I ordered from were perfectly kind.

Unlike the other posters, I found the food delicious and the people friendly. I had a burger and French fries (chips for non Americans) and found them to be better than many burger places back in the states. Portions were huge also
