Thank you David, like I said to your father yesterday it is near impossible to get personal service anymore, He also trusted me enough to leave poolcleaner before I had even paid for it. (even rarer again) Early days yet but it is working correctly unlike all the other junk I bought previously. I will be in touch again in the coming days/weeks for your genuine professional advice.

Have had my Dolphin for nearly five years (Have had many and varied issues) and am disappointed I have only discovered Jarrad a few weeks ago! I booked a service, he serviced/fixed it at his workshop on the spot, had all the many parts required, addressed all other side issues I had with it like tangling cord etc. and tested it. More than reasonably priced, exceptional service, 100% product knowledge and a great bloke. I'm now happy with my Dolphin because I know next time something happens I've got Jarrad to look after it.

I was searching for a pool cleaner and Dolphin was a front runner! I called Pooltronics a number of times to identify the best product for the pool we have. Every time I called and spoke to Jarrod, he was super helpful and answered all my questions, never knowing if I would eventually purchase from them. I was grateful for the information and was able to go away to research the product and price! Pooltronics were not only wonderful before purchase (most competitive on price) , but also delivery timing was super quick and an in home demonstration with machine (which you can organise prior to purchase too) I highly recommend Pooltronics!

Wish that I had known Pooltronics 4 years ago when I first bought my Dolphin M500 from Maytronics which hooked me up with the nearest pool shop where I live. It was quite a nightmare and no transparency dealing with that pool shop and having to lug the machine to and fro home/shop for repairs. Jarrad from Pooltronics, on the other hand provides hassle-free pick up and drop off for any issues with complete transparency when it comes to repairing my old M500. So I decided to purchase my second dolphin directly from Pooltronics for its good pricing and a complete peace of mind for the next 4 years. You can definitely count on Jarrad and Dave for their utmost customer care and dolphin services!
