  Was referred to Jarvis by a friend. I have a once in two weeks scheduled cleaning and the model is amazing. The same professional assigned every time means no waste of time explaining jobs every time. I’m very particular about cleaning when I’m paying for it and the cleaning professional assigned to my house is thorough at her job. Note that Jarvis is super responsive to feedback on punctuality and quality of work, which instills confidence with doing business with them. Have already referred my friends to their service.

  Our Butler is always on time and she does an excellent job. Jarvis is reliable, easy to use and great value for money. I have recommended it to my friends. The staff are friendly and helpful.

  Moved out one month and a half ago, hired Jarvis cleaning for 4hrs. Landlord sent a dozen of pictures complaining cleaning was not thoroughly done few days later. Talked to Jarvis and requested a follow up as they claimed to “guarantee” satisfaction on their website. They agreed to arrange a revisit but when I asked for an exact date and time, their initially over-attentive customer service became unresponsive suddenly. The second visit was super awful. The same cleaner was late for 30min and did not know why she was sent here again. She didn’t even have a towel that she asked me to buy her one After 4hours, I came back and had a little check. The house was still not properly cleaned that I had to keep her for another 1hr to clean the apparent stains and grease marks. Guess what? I now received landlord’s complaint again and was told to arrange another cleaning. If I could give 0 star I will not hesitate giving to Jarvis.

  Olivia was very thorough, lovely, friendly. I felt comfortable having her in my home and she was flexible with time. It was great value for money too. Very happy customer :)

  A delightful young girl from Jarvis s spent 3 hours cleaning my home today. Nothing was too hard for her. She was easy to get along with and she did a great job! I was very happy! I would definitely have her back again!
  I have found the company is Professional and very easy and promo to communicate with. I would definitely be happy to recommend Jarvis to all my friends.
