Large houses give me creeps, but I married a guy who grew up and inherited a three-storey home. Luckily, he was willing to listen to me and turn it into a multi-unit house. My sister had a great experience with this company, so I naturally turned to them. They made a very clever design solution and a nice price, so we entrusted them with the project. I can’t proceed without mentioning how hard the past year was, so I applaud these people for making everything as easy as possible for us and finishing the project in time. Besides being utterly professional, the workers didn’t leave any mess inside the units, so once we took the keys, we were able to move in instantly. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Since the kids left the home, the extra-space became more of a burden to us. We wanted to separate the units and rent the new one until the construction process is finished. These builders were our first choice since they made a wonderful cottage house for our friends recently. Working with them was easy and pleasurable, which comes as a plus after the exceptional work they’ve done. The whole place looks exactly like we planned, and the best thing is that you can’t notice that the house went through any modifications. Moreover, the unit is fully ready for the new tenants to move in as soon as possible. Truly a great experience without any setbacks or delays, so writing a few good words for these builders is the least we can do.

This is the second time we worked together, and the impressions are even more positive than the first time. We have a horse riding and training community which, luckily, needs more accommodation capacity. The first house they made 2 years ago was perfect, so we wanted the same one right next to it. They suggested the multi-unit house and told us more about it, so once we realized how good and cost-effective this offer is, we decided to go for it. Like the first time, they took care of everything and we didn’t even have to supervise the works, since they kept us updated about it all the time. They finished the project 2 days ago and we are very satisfied with the result. If you are looking for a company that keeps its promises, I highly recommend this one.

I planned to build new home-like office premises for my small business, but I wasn’t sure that the land I own was suitable for that kind of project. I searched the Internet trying to find the information I needed, and I realized that I could use some help from professionals. That is how I decided to contact this company, and they took all the burden of documentation collecting, soil inspection and other off of my shoulders. I had a bit of luck because it turned out that I am allowed to build the space that I wanted, and I hired this company for the construction process too. They have enough staff, so the entire job was done pretty quickly, plus they work with modern equipment and tools.

I needed to build a new building unit from scratch. I own the land, and I needed someone who could inspect the site and see if there is something that needs to be done before the construction process begins. These guys visited at a previously scheduled time and they conducted a detailed inspection. Luckily, everything was alright, so we were able to move to the next phase - making a perfect plan for my new building unit. They created a great solution, and I was very satisfied with the 3D presentation that they provided. Everything looks so modern and the best thing is that there is enough space for everyone, and they love it. Thank you for providing such a professional and high-quality construction service.
