  Asked for a quote to double glaze our house in New Town. Rep (owner I think) didn’t bother to ask what we actually wanted and just told us what we needed (like for like, not possibly including different openings, louvres or stained glass)!
  
  Was horribly misogynistic, have spoken with friends (also professional females) and had similar experiences. Avoid.

  We couldn’t be any happier with our new double glazed windows from Elite. From visiting the showroom at Cambridge, to the installation in our home, we received professional, friendly and efficient service every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered giving us complete confidence in their skilled operation. The installation team were friendly, helpful and took great pride in their work. We can highly recommend this company.

  Amazing service from start to finish. Their customer service and constant updates & liaison meant that we always knew where we were with our project. The final product is even better than we hoped for and the installers were great at cleaning up after themselves. I would certainly recommend Elite Double Glazing!

  I had a two stage build where in the first stage I had some windows and doors installed by Elite Glazing. Extremely satisfied with the quality and services of the company, I then made a large order and placed a deposit with Elite Double Glazing for more windows as part of the second stage of the build. Due to health issues my builder quit, and without a replacement builder I had to cancel the materials on order. Elite Glazing agreed to refund my deposit without penalty. They are a trustworthy company, deliver and respond in a timely way and provide a great product!

  This is the second time we have used Elite Double Glazing. On both occasions we have had our property completely glazed. Everyone from Simon the owner who came to measure, to Elise in the office who was a delight to deal with and the installers, all deserve a special mention for their professionalism, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and their nothing is too much trouble attitude. I want to thank the installers in particular for all their hardwork, amazing skill set, politeness and affable natures. 10 out of 10 for Elite's for staff and the quality of product. Why shop around when you have the best of the best in Elite. Cheers
