Great award winning pies, consistently good every time. Great place to stop for lunch or dinner.
Just had a half crumbed steak, was Massive almost fillet the plate.. Unfortunately we where there for lunch and didn't get to try the pistachio gravy as it's only served at night.. People where raving about it, wish we got too try it! Staff friends, lovely Place
Great service and a very friendly atmosphere. Also the famous Pinnacle Pie was delicious, I had beef and mushroom with chips gravy and mashed peas 😀
Famous for it's pie's (you must try one). The establishment has been recently renovated.
Excellent pies and a massive crumb steak. Service was fantastic and fast. Great pub. The full size crumb steak is enormous.
Massive quality homestyle meals. Quiet country atmosphere. Friendly relaxwd staff.
Finally tried and authentic steak pie, with actual pieces of meat and not just mince. Recommended stop in your way to Eungella National Park.
Best pies I've eaten so far in Australia! Real dough and actual steak inside for 8,5$ only. Really worth a stop!
A great spot for lunch on the way to/from Eungella. They're famous for their pies and you can tell why - hearty, tasty fillings and pastry that's spot on. Be warned that they are pretty big - I can't quite get through a whole one on my own, especially if I'm also having chips. They do have other meals, which I've never tried but have seen in passing - they look good too but, again, very large servings! The staff are all friendly and happy to help if you want extra plates to share or want your leftovers packed up to go. You can also buy cold pies to take home.
From New Zealand, Out sightseeing & called into the Pinnacle Family Hotel today. Friendly, laid back county pub with a awesome atmosphere. The food was amazing! Pies were bloody awesome, delicious pastry and meat.but the crumbed steak, gravy and chips.never tasted anything like it! Huge, tender and delicious. Couldn't even finish the half serving! Well worth the drive out theregreat hospitality.thanks Andrew.
