I have been a client at Physio K for 6 months now. Under Anthony’s care, I have been educated and treated on the underlying issues to recent and long term sports injuries.
It’s great to be able to have regular check in’s with someone who knows the physical activities I participate in and where I need to implement strengthening exercises for the muscle groups involved.
I have enjoyed being introduced to new treatments, such as deep tissue release work and dry needling and am so pleased with the progress that has come with my fortnightly check ins.

Kenny and Anthony are great physios. I've been receiving treatment from both, for different issues, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

I hurt my back a couple of months ago and chose to go to Physio K because of all the great reviews, and can happily add to those 5 start reviews. Kenny has helped with instant pain relief as well as providing stretching exercises for longer term management. I had some recurring pain after hurting my back but after a couple of months treatment there is no pain and need treatment much less frequently :)

I've been seeing Kenny for a few months now for chronic injuries. I highly recommend his dry needling, as I have had some good relief with treatment. Also, Kenny is extremely friendly, professional and easy going, so it's always a comfortable experience.

Anthony is a fabulous Physio. I feel I have finally found someone great for me in my local area. He is attentive and full of energy. Great videos for rehab as well. Highly recommend him.

Kenny has successfully treated a few injuries and strains with physio and dry needling. A convenient location and a relaxed environment. Kenny's sporting background helps his understanding of athletes and how to keep them active during recovery.

Kenny is a great physio who has managed to resolve referred nerve pain which had previously been a misdiagnosed issue for a number of years. Kenny's got a great bedside manner, he is attentive and thorough, and his treatment is effective. I highly recommend him

I was referred by my personal trainer and have not looked back ever since. He has successfully treated me on 2 occasions now for different non related issues. Kenny has a fantastic bedside manner and is very knowledgeable and skilled at his craft and I’d gladly refer Kenny to anyone seeking out a physio

I had never had physio before but after hobbling round with a dodgy hip for six months I finally booked in with Kenny. The guy is amazing! I think I saw him maybe eight times and totally fixed. The dry needling is the bomb! And he's a super nice guy also.

Best physio in town! Kenny is very thoughtful and caring. I’ve been having low back pain and shoulder pain for years, I literally thought that I would never recover. I have seen many physios but there’s no one like Kenny. I am now fully recovered and back to sports after seeing him for few sessions. Truly thankful for your amazing treatments! Magic hands and awesome needling skills, highly recommended!
