We requested a quote for a security (screen) door for our home. Phoenix, showed up when they said they would and provided a thorough review of options and pricing. When the final quote came to us, we were pleased with it and proceeded. Phoenix were able to work with us on an agreeable schedule to install the door and again, they showed up on time, completed the works and left us with a quality outcome. Peter, Murray and the team at Phoenix safety rail did a fantastic job at my property, very professional and priced was very reasonable compare to 3 others. Frameless swimming pool safety fence and frameless back fence was installed, Murray was very knowledgeable in safety compliance and gave a very comprehensive advice on what I should do, credit to the whole team, I highly recommend Phoenix safety rail Melb.

I have used Phoenix quite a few times over the years. All the staff are very friendly and professional and they always do what they say they are going to do. Over the years I have had security safety doors and shower screens and fly screens installed. The products are always outstanding value for money. Today Mark installed a new shower screen and it looks amazing. Thanks for always being so professional and punctual!

It's a pity i did not read the reviews before doing business with this company.The owner, Peter is the rudest person, especially on the telephone. A warranty on goods & services is a hit & miss affair. It depends on who answers the telephone- one says yes, another says no.
When Consumers' warranty was mentioned, he said that Consumer Affairs "talk rubbish" . There was a dispute of facts in this case and I was advised to go to VCAT . I could not see myself wasting my precious time with such an uncouth lot. My advice is , go to another company.

Dont go there.
The ones on the phones are soooooo rudego somewhere that deserves your business really.
Missed a few calls but ALWAYS called back.
Cracked it because i obviously couldnt answer at the time.
Im a store manager in retail and its absolutely appalling.and i have never put in bad feedback ever with anyone.
You cant do this in business, its so unprofessional. .
Obviously not happy people.
The installation guy and quotation guy are just so lovely though..thats it.
Really disappointing.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Such poor service from the owner/manager Peter. I had to seek advice from Consumer Affairs Victoria due to poorly installed screens that Peter would not rectify. It took him 3 months to replace them and that was after an ongoing battle on the phone with him. He insulted and belittled me almost every time I called. When I told him I would put a negative review online he said, "Go ahead!". So here it is Peter!
Save yourself the stress and use another company.

Very happy with Phoenix. We purchase a new glass balustrade from them recently. They arrived on time, installed it without issue, and cleaned up after themselves. Great to deal with and we would highly recommend them.

The WORST company I have ever had dealings with. After installing the wardrobe I was left with no doors they took another couple of weeks to do this. Never return phone calls and Peter their owner/manager is the rudest person I've experienced in retail. $1600 later and it still wasn't right. Don't bother using this company go to someone more reputable!
