We had our darling girl pass away suddenly, and tragically.
I can not thank this beautiful place for taking our darling Lola.
The lady who come was amazing, so beautiful and caring towards Lola and us.
You truly made this horrible time for us a little easier, knowing she was in beautiful hands.

Had one of my beloved girls pass away suddenly last year and was surprised to find a place locally to where I was that provided a cremation service. The staff were nice and mostly efficient. The only two things that let's them down is their 'showroom' in Toowoomba was small & dusty and their 'logo'/advertising is on EVERYTHING you receive from them. I received a number of condolence cards from the vets and specialists my girl had seen in the weeks leading up to her death and not one had the logo, advertising or contact details of the surgery. As you'll see from the images here, it's on the front and inside of the condolence card and even the most beautiful paw print and snippet of fur are glued into something that looks like a promotional folder!
I was miffed at the time, not having dealt with many funerals/cremations, especially of animals. Now, having moved and wanting to look over it all again, I'm upset that all I see everywhere is the image from the front of the card and the business name and details, it overpowers everything.
So, for the long term, I suggest the company tone it down a little. Your customer service experience means you won't be forgotten, so invest in some plain cards and folders. Slip a business card in with them, we won't forget you.
I would recommend you, and advise people to ask for the paw print and fur not to be glued in.

When you need someone to take care of you beloved furbaby after passing, Pets RIP Toowoomba have been absolutely wonderful. They collected our little Ruby within th hour of being contacted. Everything was handled with love, respect and decency, thought the entire process. The cremation choices are vast and so beautiful but, we went for something fairly simple. Upon returning to collect Ruby, we were presented with the most beautiful card. Inside was her paw print in gold and a snippet of her hair. It brought me to tears! Pets RIP Toowoomba are to be congratulated. Thank you to the entire team.

Can not recommended highly enough. PETS RIP in Toowoomba have recently cremated our second dog. The level of care is exceptional.

I had my horse cremated with this company back in 2014 and they were absolutely amazing. Beric was lovely and nothing was rushed. I used this company again today to pick up another one of my horses and Ian was so thoughtful and unhurried as well. They have really made a difficult time that much easier. They treated not only me with the utmost respect but my horses as well. They are an awesome team and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to cremate their loved ones. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
