I ordered a portrait of my standard black poodle.
I was disappointed at the result as it looked like a black blob!!! I knew all black was going to be hard to work with. I wrote to Natalie & Georgia and the customer service was absolutely outstanding. They worked with me till the second portrait was perfect. They certainly put customers first.
It’s so nice to make sure customers matter. You have high standards.

I ordered two portraits for gifts. One single and one sibling portrait. I can't thank Georgia and Natalie enough for the work and exceptional customer service. Both portraits are absolutely beautiful and perfect representations of the pets. I will very happily recommend their services to everyone!
