The best place you could leave your fur baby

We have left our Frenchie Bogie several times and he stays in the Royal suite which is air conditioned which is a must in summer time and when the weather is hot. Bogart is well looked after by the pet nannies and he loves them dearly. All the staff go out of their way to make the best experience for both dog and owner

Our bulldog Molly just spent a week at Pet Resorts Dural and I can say she absolutely loves it there. This was her 3rd time at the resort and she is always very keen to meet and greet everyone upon arrival. I'm confident she is well taken care of whilst we're away. For me it's peace of mind. We have book training for her time away and the results are apparent.

Really concerned about this boarding kennel. Recent reports (December 2017) mention the EPA has found contaminated waste including asbestos. When I called Pet Resorts they said that it was safe, but thats not what is reported by Ray Hadley on 2GB. I think I will play it safe and just find another boarding kennel. There are many other places to choose from.

2000 tonnes of asbestos contaminated waste dumped at this pet resort. They should have a warning on their website warning people of this. They have been instructed by the EPA to display a sign on the front gate warning of the asbestos.

We have boarded our 2 precious little furry babies (Bella and Bailey) with Pet Resort for over 10 times for the last 4 years. We have always found the service very good and the staff very friendly and helpful and we love them. For long stays we also get sent the photos and get regular updates of how they are doing, which is very helpful and pleasing. In short they are the only ones we trust to look after our furry babies while we are away on holidays.

We recently boarded our two young dogs at Pet Resorts Dural. They stayed for nearly 4 weeks, and, whilst there, took part in the basic training course. I was very anxious leaving them there, as we had never boarded our dogs before, but my anxieties were soon laid to rest. From our first greeting, the staff were very kind and clearly loved the animals. Whilst the accommodation appears a little tired, the care the animals receive is excellent. We received regular email updates, as well as lots of pics to show us how our girls were coming along. Upon return, our dogs were happy, and clearly more well-behaved than when we left them. They responded very well to the positive reinforcement training.

I am really disappointed with the service and care my dog received this weekend. I provided my own dog treats and upon picking up my dog (Buddy) his blanket and treats were still in the bag. Dispite the staff telling me that he ate all his treats. I have emailed them but still no reply. People pay alot of money and expect proper care for there pets.
I will not send my dog there again!

Although I haven't had a dog board here, I have completed two weeks practical dog training at this establishment. It allowed me plenty of time to observe the staff and their interactions with the dogs and clients. At all times, I found the staff to have the welfare of the dogs as the first priority and everything else a distant second. Dogs kennels were thoroughly cleaned every morning and dogs were given exercise time in the larger yard. Some dogs are there for just boarding while others are also given training. The trainers are top quality and I saw many dogs make great progress. Although the kennels don't look modern, I didn't here a single dog complain. I would gladly board a dog here.

We send our best buddy here whenever we have to travel overseas or just take a holiday. They care for your pets just like you'd care for them. My pooch always comes back happy and well taken care of. Tiarne and her team do an amazing job running this place. Kudos.

I don't even know where to begin! Everyone that knows me, knows my girl is like my child if not is my child! The team at Pet Resorts are so professional, caring and were so loving to my little girl on her first every doggy holiday. I can't imagine leaving her anywhere else! Love you all for loving her :)

Pet Resorts Dural looked after our Duke for 2 weeks. He came back happy and better behaved while walking :). The staff are friendly, very helpful and genuinely care for the animals they are looking after. We enjoyed the snaps of his training sessions. Thank you. Monika

Great service and lovely staff. The kennels are clean and spacious, very impressive compared to other kennels! The yards are great and the photo updates are great. My dogs stay here frequently and they have always had a great time and always come home clean, happy and healthy!
