ARH were amazing. My puppy was so sick, it was late at night, I was beside myself. The team was so professional, efficient and thorough. I felt welcomed and safe and confident that my puppy was in good hands. Thank you ARH for looking after both Moo and I so incredibly well.

I really wish I'd never had to visit this place but the staff here are some of the best, even the receptionists who assisted my wife and me after our beloved cat passed away here. There was a mixup with the cremation process and we weren't able to receive a pawprint impression so they refunded the cost and offered a memorial plaque in its place which was very generous. The doctors here are great and will do what they can to assist all animals. I know it must be very difficult to work here as a vet, I hope they can cope.

Avian and exotic animal service is amazing, with a special mention to Dr Ellen Rasidi. I couldn't possibly imagine any other vet looking after my bunny. Words can't convey how intelligent and caring she is. Thank you for the absolute patience you show such an anxious client. Also, a huge thank you to the behind the scenes nurses, your services are much appreciated! Highly recommended!

The Animal Referral Hospital have saved our 2 loved boxers on 2 occasions. Firstly from a snake bite and then from a lodged bone in the throat. I can't recommend this hospital highly enough. They were professional and caring and understand how important our pets are to your family.

As the owner of many pets i am often at the vets. I found ARH and in particular Dr Narelle Brown to be the best specialist vet i have dealt with ever. Kind. Caring. Easy to talk to. Prompt. And costs although high (but less than SASH) were explained clearly upfront.
I would recommend them and use them again. Also the reception staff were lovely and polite as well.response / report this review -

The staff at ARH were very kind and caring. I was kept informed every step of the way when my cat was in recently. He was treated gently and we felt he was in good hands at all times. Would recommend ARH without a doubt. Being opened 24/7 is a huge relief when one has a sick animal and available parking is a bit plus.

What a wonderful and caring vet - we visited with our labrador for the birth of her fifth puppy. All went well with a happy mother and puppy. Very calm, organised and professional. Thank you

I brought my rescue kitten here for assessment and treatment of a dental problem, and I really can't praise the hospital and staff enough. Everyone I dealt with (from reception staff to the vet and vet nurses) were knowledgeable, helpful and informative, gave me all the info I needed to make properly informed decisions about my boy. They have a collaborative approach between the vets, which was a huge unexpected bonus, and compared to other veterinary hospitals their pricing is incredibly reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Particular thanks to Dr Hawk and her team for their excellent work.

If you adore your pet as much as I do then ARH Homebush is the perfect after hours hospital. I took my little Rosie (Chihuahua X) in at 10pm after she was hit by a car and they were very friendly, compassionate and efficient. I didn't wait very long before they took her in and commenced immediate care for her. She was diagnosed with a broken leg and was checked thoroughly and operated on the next day. She is now recovering in my lap.

Thank you to all the staff at ARH. The receptionist was gentle and supportive when we arrived with our sick dog. The vet on duty was very clear and caring when talking through our options. The following day we saw one of the vet specialists, Kath. She was tremendous, she talked us through the options repeatedly, she was patient, caring and realistic. We were able to ring and talk to our dog's vet every day and were also able to visit him and spend some time with him. Our experience at ARH, despite the circumstances, was excellent, we highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Our dog arrived late on a Saturday night for emergency specialist treatment. From even before he was transferred from our usual vet we were kept informed by the staff about what would be happening and when. During the time of Archie's admission the staff were incredibly friendly, competent and available. For us there was a lot of comfort in knowing what was happening each step of the way and having confidence in the staff that were responsible for him. I couldn't recommend the facility highly enough.

Had to come here twice; once to drop off an injured dog I'd found and to get my dog checked up in the middle of the night. On both occasions, staff were incredibly welcoming and engaging. I even received a follow up call from the male receptionist informing me that they had found the stray dogs owners who were returning to pick their dog up that same day. Prices are more costly here, but with the service my dog received, I would come back should something ever happen. Very happy with the overall visit. Vets and nurses are incredibly professional.

Absolutely Fantastic! They looked after my Chihuahua for a few days and I found that they explained everything clearly without the need to be blunt and unemotional like a lot of other vets! More so they were very accommodating to my late hours for visiting times! I definitely recommend them to anyone who has a animal that is not themselves!
